We purchased The Freckled Frogg from Sandi, the previous owner, in April of 2013. Michael and I heard about the sale of the Freckled Frogg while traveling in Vientiane, Laos. We had been traveling for the last two and a half years working in hospitality and cooking to pay our way around the world. After hearing of The Frogg's sale, we knew this is what we wanted to do. So, with two and a half years of world experience and a boat load of amazing stories, we ended up in King, Wisconsin.
With the end of one adventure, another begins. Michael and I strive to bring you the same amazingly artful and deliciously healthy food that Sandi had provided, but with another twist. We managed to bring lots of recipes and worldy outlook on food back from our travels and we would like you all to come and try them. You will not be disappointed. We are famous for our amazing salads that are mindfully and artfully designed just for you. They are created from the freshest, cleanest and greenest ingredients locally available. Our daily composting and naturally amending the soil for over 12 years provides us with our own fruits, veggies, herbs and edible flowers often picked washed and served directly from our small but productive garden.
